About Us

Inscap offers consulting services to international development funding agencies, private foundations, embassies, international and local NGOs, and public sector entities pursuing concrete solutions towards realising the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Our passion is working collaboratively with clients to achieve their organizational results by creating an appropriate balance between performance and risk, while reliably demonstrating sustainable impact and value-for-money (VfM) for work undertaken.

What We Do

Working with international and local development partners in Kenya, South Sudan, and Somalia/Somaliland, we have, since inception, supported development sector clients improve organisational results and strengthen long-term sustainability of development cooperation programmes by:

  • Strengthening institutional governance and oversight mechanisms
  • Improving the design of programme interventions and performance indicators for benchmarking, monitoring and reporting results, as well as embedding risk-based implementation arrangements
  • Increasing and diversifying resource mobilisation and donor liaison processes
  • Building the effectiveness of programme delivery and management of programmatic performance risks
  • Deepening collaboration and local capacity development and hand-holding support for implementing partners
